As a clinical nutritionist, my philosophy is to consider the person as an integrated whole – one interconnected physical, mental and spiritual system – and then offer guidance in the most natural ways via nutrition and the implementation of evidence-based scientific principles and lifestyle strategies. Just as food can serve to either heal or harm the body, the thoughts we think have as potent an effect on our emotional bodies/states.

One on One Sessions

Your initial consultation involves the comprehensive holistic assessment of your current health concerns where we collate a symptom profile that encompasses a full medical history, diet, lifestyle and environmental factors and any recent pathology.

Your treatment plan will be formulated based on this assessment.

Together we can implement changes that are simple and attainable to help you reach your health goals.

Prepare for your initial consult by collating any clinical information. Bring to your appointment e.g. blood tests, medical tests, reports. These will assist us to get a clear picture of your current health status.

There is a number of health insurance companies offering rebates. Please contact your provider about what is covered under your plan.

No referrals are necessary, but we welcome referrals from general practitioners and other allied health professionals
