Samila has comprehensive anatomical and physiological knowledge, combined with intuition and focused, deep touch.

She worked in Italy for four years as a Physiotherapist, where she specialised i the treatment of Temporomandibular Joint (jaw) Dysfunction, Headaches and Orofacial pain.  In 2018 she joined the Visionary Craniosacral Work Institute with her teacher and mentor Hugh Milne.  The ongoing training has offered her a comprehensive study of the cranial and nervous system, with insights into the connection between mental, emotional and physical health.

At the beginning of 2019 she decided to move to Sydney to explore her Australian roots and study Remedial Massage Therapy. The diploma has offered her the chance to deeper her knowledge of the relationship between muscle and fascia in a grounded, scientific and holistic approach.

In her treatments Samila combines myofascial release, stretching and trigger point therapy, and craniosacral technique to help people with a wide range of symptoms.  Her areas of interest are jaw and ear dysfunction, teeth grinding, insomnia, migraine, next pain and sinusitis, traumas and surgery recovery in both adults and young adolescents.

She is also passionate about working with pregnancy and works with specific techniques to address physical challenges of pregnancy like pelvic pain, lower back pain and massage in the fourth trimester, after caesarean, to rebalance the body and relieve tension from breast feeding.

From her previous work as a physiotherapist she is able to show simple daily mobility and home exercise for her clients. She is dedicated to healing and learning, and aims to help her client create an open heart and a free body.
